"Metal Box" style fuel filter cartridge as used on 6.2's 1984+. Many folks have converted to 6.5's and need this 6.2 stock style filter. This is an OEM Stanadyne unit, impregnated with a  cornstarch-like compound to repel water. Ordinary paper replacements are paper are paper and will allow water to pass, damaging the injection pump.
