Upper Radiator Hose for all 97 and newer G/P Trucks and Vans with dual thermostats. Can also be used as a replacement on earlier years when a Cooling Upgrade kit ssd-004 is used. May also fit some Motorhomes.

Replace if older then 5 years old or if "spongy". Cheap insurance to being stuck on the side of the road waiting for a tow.
