Four Wheel Drive Upgrade Actuator Adaptor Harness. Allows the use of upgrade actuator  ssd-600101 in 92-96 (build date thru 12/95) K series trucks originally equipped with the standard thermal actuator ssd-012 from the factory. This thermal linear actuator became a common nuisance item to replace. The upgrade actuator available as p/n ssd-600101 is more reliable in cold weather. It is not a direct replacement, it requires this harness adapter kit ssd-600600 to install. This harness is mostly plug-in, except for one wire that must be spliced in. Directions and schematics are provided. Only very basic electrical knowledge is required. Worst case an hour to install (blindfolded)
