Fits all 1994 GM 6.5 Turbo Diesels in C/K pick-ups, G/P van (Express and Savana) and cab/chassis combinations such as school buses using the 5068 pump.

99% of the time, only the PMD fails on these units. If you experience stalling, hesitation, stuttering, poor mileage, or no-start, chances are it is just the PMD failing. Please see our FSD Heat-Sync^TM  kit ssd-006 which will solve the chronic failure problem associated with PMD's. If you have already tried a new PMD and you are still experiencing problems, the injection pump must be replaced.

A core deposit of $100 will be required.

If you have a 94 truck, you MUST check the model of your current pump. If the model is a 5068, only a 5068 can replace it, and this is the correct pump.

If your 94 pump is any model other then a 5068, then a ssd-5521 is the correct upgraded pump. 1994 was the only year the 5068 was used in some models.
