GM 6.5 Turbo Diesel Manual Glow Plug over ride kit from SSDiesel SupplyTM. Have you ever tried to start your Diesel cold, and wished the glow plugs would stay on just a few seconds longer to give you that "kick" you needed to start? Well this kit will do just that. This kit gives you everything you need to just push a button on your dash and hold the glow plugs on a little longer to facilitate easy starting in cold weather. Your factory glow plug light will illuminate to show you they are on. Push button is momentary contact to prevent accidentally leaving it on. Model 11g, 60g and newer glow plugs are self regulating and will not burn out with the extended time of being on. Will not work with older model 9g glow plugs. If in doubt check a glow plug, they are labeled. Kit contains precut #6 battery cable and 100 amp bypass relay. Includes push button switch for dash mounting, fuse, fuseholder and all wiring and connectors for easy installation. Also included are self drilling screws for relay mounting and easy instructions anyone can follow. About a 1/2-1 hour install depending on skill level. Only simple hand tools required.
