Budget 6.5 Exhaust Upgrade. Made from mandrel bent US aluminized steel. If spending $350+ for a complete exhaust upgrade is out of your budget, this kit is for you. It fits all 6.5 Pickups, Subs, Yukons and Tahoes 94+ 2 or 4 wheel drive with a 4 bolt flange at the catalytic converter. It includes a 3" mandrel bent downpipe that BOLTS RIGHT TO YOUR FACTORY CAT. NO MODIFICATIONS needed! It also includes a 2.25" crossover pipe with flanges, also which will just bolt on!

The stock downpipe is actually the most restrictive part of the system. Did you ever take a look at it? It looks like it once fell off and was run over and then re-attached! Thats the way they came from the factory. It kills power and mileage and raises EGT temps. This kit will lower temps, raise hp and improve mileage. Of course our full 4" system will perform better, but for the price, this kit works wonders.

Included is one 3" mandrel bent downpipe with flange to bolt (bolts included)to your cat or exhaust pipe, One 2.25" one piece crossover pipe with flanges and instructions. If on a budget, this is the way to go!

This kit is for exhaust systems with the 4 bolt flange where it joins the cat as used on 94+ trucks. It may fit earlier years also, if you have a 4 bolt flange. If you have a 2 bolt flange, it will not fit without modification.

I strongly recommend replacing the flange gasket ssd-4812 at this time.
